Download ServiceTrak/QuickBooks Interface Program.

To use this program you must install two programs:

ServiceTrak/QuickBooks Interface Program
A Utility program that is provided by QuickBooks that allows ServiceTrak and QuickBooks to talk to each other.

You may also use a QuickBooks sample companies, configured for office machine dealers. The sample companies will show how the program works without changing any of your data.

Here is how to try the ServiceTrak/QuickBooks Interface Program:

Install the ServiceTrak/QuickBooks Interface Program on same machine as your QuickBooks program.

Install the QuickBooks Utility (provided by Intuit) by double clicking the second setup.exe in the file list. This program must be installed on the same machine that is using QuickBooks.

ServiceTrak/QuickBooks Interface Program can receive and send information to ServiceTrak database from any machine.

Copy the sample company that matches your version of QuickBooks by right clicking the one that you want to copy click Copy and locate your QuickBooks data folder and pasting if in the folder. Example: c:\Program Files\Intuit\QuickBooks 2006.

The user manual can be view in Microsoft Word or as PDF file using Adobe Reader.

The QuickBooks Interface Program can receive information from computers on your network. In this way information can be entered into QuickBooks from any computer using ServiceTrak.
