Product Updates

When downloading and installing updates, we recommend that you delete the program folder (not the data file).  Do not use windows "Remove Programs and Software" (through Control Panel)  this will remove all files originally installed with the program, including the data files.  To delete the program folder, Click My Computer - C: drive - Program Files - Your program folder name. Example: ServiceTrak - right the folder icon and click Delete.  Always back-up your data files. before updating.

ServiceTrak/QuickBooks Interface Program  supports all US versions of QuickBooks for Windows including QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions, up to version 5.0 (does not support versions 6.0 and 7.0). ServiceTrak/QuickBooks Interface Program  supports QuickBooks Premier and Pro (for QuickBooks 2002 and later).
